Utilizing funds from Community Development Block Grants, businesses in downtown Portland were able to have access to funds for strengthening the street appeal of their respective businesses. Port City Music Hall chose our firm to create a presence loaded with pizzazz for their Congress Street business. And we’re glad they did, because we had a lot of fun working on this particular design.
