This Italianate house and carriage house were rehabilitated as a Recovery House for an addiction recovery organization called Plymouth House. Many original features were left intact, including much of the original woodwork, and new systems were installed in the century-old building. While the original woodwork lends a traditional feel, we designed the new spaces to be both complementary to it and updated and open.
The facility accommodates sixteen clients at a time in a supportive, family-inspired atmosphere. Access to outside spaces, such as existing decks, new decks, and covered sitting areas, expand the options for the residents.
